I need to find out what the is distance between the face of the hitch end opening and the hitch pin hole? I have the Yakima RidgeBack 4 bicycle carrier and the users manual states Do not use if the distance from the face of your receiver to the center on the pin hole is less than 1-1/2. Also, are you aware of any companies in Phoenix who can install this tow hitch on a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan?

The pin hole dimension of the Curt trailer hitch part # C12086 is compatible with a Yakima Ridgeback 4 # Y02458. The fit note you mentioned basically only refers to the Subaru trailer hitches that are 1-1/4 inch as they have a really strange pin hole setup.
The Curt hitch is perfectly compatible with your bike rack.
Hitch installs are pretty basic for a qualified mechanic. Pretty much any qualified mechanic in your area would take care of it easily.
