base plate BX 1123 will it fit a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel as it has the intercooler down there ??

Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1123 will work with your 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has a diesel engine. The installation will be the same as models with a gas engine except for moving a few lines with zip ties which can be seen in the attached installation video of the above base plates on a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with diesel engine.
