I spoke with my contact at Firestone and was able to confirm that the Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2597 will indeed fit your 2012 Ford F-450 dually.
These air springs feature a 5,000 pound load-leveling capacity and will do a great job of increasing the stability and improving the ride quality of your truck. All of the necessary materials for installation are included. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
