Ladder Rack and Tool Box Compatible with Deck Rail System on 2018 Toyota Tundra

Question:

I have a 2018 Tundra with deck rails, my tracrac one that I had on the Tacoma wont fit on the tundra. The mounting brackets I had for the Tacoma with deck rails wont work for the Tundra. not sure why they dont exits for the tundra. Any how if I purchase the sliding rack can I put a truck box on the truck. Would the knob be in the way on the forward rack? Thank you

On your 2018 Toyota Tundra with Deck Rails, the sliding TracRac system is not a fit. Only the Cap system is compatible from TracRac. I've attached all of your options for a ladder rack system to assist. Use of a tool box that sits on the rails would limit use of the rails in that location. You may want to consider something like the TruXedo TonneauMate Truck Bed Toolbox - Crossover Style - Poly Tub with Aluminum Rails # TX1117416 would allow lockable storage without interfering with your rails.
