I have 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn. I have recently seen that BLU74FR fits 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn, is easier to install, and will be easier to work with when hooking up. Before I buy, will it fit?

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU74FR is not a fit for your 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn. It is only a confirmed fit for 2016-2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn model years. The proper fit for your truck is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1986.
