The Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Tilting # C18064 is not rated for use on the back of a 5th wheel trailer. All bike racks that are RV rated can be used on the back of a passenger vehicle, but not all passenger vehicle bike racks can be used on an RV because of the additional movement and torque.

For an RV compatible hitch mounted bike rack, I have linked all of your options. The most similar is probably the Swagman Trailhead 4-Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Non-Folding # S63381. I recommend using the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 for any bikes without the top frame tube.
