Is Draw Bar Needed with Draw Tite Hitch 24931 to Carry Bike Rack with It

Question:
Drawbar and clip is sold separately but I dont know what that is. My son has a bike rack but needs the hitch. Do I need to order a drawbar and clip or would that be on the bike rack?

To carry a bike rack with the Draw Tite part # 24931 you would not need to also get a draw bar as that's a product only for towing.
The hitch is all you'd need with your sons bike rack and you'd be set.
