Question:
I own a 2017 Grand Design Fifth wheel with a dry weight of 11,000 and a GVWR of 13,995. It currently has Westlake E tires but would like more safety margin. My last trailer was upgraded with G614 tires but I also had to buy new wheels. I see you have an F rated tire but it is rated at 95 psi. can I inflate my current rims to 95 psi with these tires or will I need new rims. If I have to buy rims wouldn't it be better to go up to G rated tires and avoid the worry. I have had problems in the past on another trailer despite keeping them inflated and using a TPMS to keep track.

You will be able to use your current rims with new tires that have a higher psi rating so long as you also have a valve stem that is also rated for a higher psi. I looked up the G614 tires you referenced and found they were 235/85R16 tires; the load range F rated tire we have available in that size is the Kenda Karrier # AM10501 which is rated for 3,520 lbs at 110 psi.
A valve stem that would allow you to use this tire on lower rated rims is the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 which is for 100 psi and greater tire pressures and fits 0.453" and 0.625" rim hole diameters. There is also a 235/85R16 load range G tire rated for 4,400 lbs at 110 psi # LHWL410 you may be interested in. I've attached links to video reviews of the tires and valve stem for you to take a look at.
