Question:
Will older Thule square bar specific accessories work with this crossbar? Basically, is the extrusion the same dimensions? I destroyed my old Thule square bar in an accident but still have all of the accessories and was hoping to find a rack I could still use them with. Is there adapter hardware that could be used to make them fit on aero bars to widen my choices? 2014 Chevy Sonic. Thanks.

Thule square bar accessories will often adapt to work with the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Crossbars # RRVA118B-2, 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and Custom DK Fit Kit # DK399 without issue. This roof rack is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Chevy Sonic.
If you go to the Aero style bars, I recommend # RRRS615 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. Thule accessories have many aero mounts and slot mount hardware for different accessory fits. If you let me know the accessories, I can help if additional hardware is needed.
