I recommend the Thule SnowPack, available as part # TH7326 for the base model and with a slide out feature as part # TH7325. These racks are great, easy to install and remove from your factory crossbars, and allows for a little more flexibility in when and how to use, as they double as a great way to transport fishing rods during the spring and summer.
Both of these carriers include four keyed-alike locks for added security and I've included video reviews of these racks so you can get a better idea of their performance and features.
