Im looking to find the slip on side mirrors for a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Do you know if the model you have online would fit this type of vehicle?

Custom-fit towing mirrors are mostly offered for the most popular (high sales volume) tow vehicles, like pickups in particular. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror set # CM11600 fits only Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
But for other cars such as your 2015 Jeep Renegade we do still have a solution, universal-fit towing mirrors, ones designed to work on many different vehicle's OEM mirrors.
I suggest you have a look at the K-Source dual-lens set # KS3990 and the standard single-glass set # KS3891-2. Both are a set of two clip-on mirrors that will grip well on almost any OEM mirror so long as there is a gap between the glass and the housing for the clips. This gap is where the towing mirrors install.
