Yes, the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Custom Mounting Brackets for 5th Wheel Above-Bed Base Rails part # DM8552012 is a confirmed fit for your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic 2500HD. In order to attach a 5th wheel hitch to the above brackets, you will also need a set of base rails if you do not already have them and for this I recommend the Universal Above-Bed Base Rails for Demco Premier Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # DM6071.
The above frame brackets and base rails will work with any 5th wheel hitch that uses industry standard rails (ISR). I have attached a review video of both products for you as well.
