While transmission coolers are not vehicle specific and you can use # D13614 if you wanted to, there are some that are recommended for the 2009 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3 liter engine. I have included a link to the available options for you to view.
Out of these, I recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, # D13504, which is most like the cooler you referenced. It is a class IV cooler rated for up to 12,000 pounds gross trailer weight. You will also need the correct fitting, # D13035, for installation.
The overall dimensions of this cooler are 11 inches wide by 12 inches tall by 7/8 inches deep. You will need to measure the space you have under the hood to make sure there is a spot for the cooler.
