WIll the clothesline work on my pop up camper?

The Stromberg Carlson Bumper Mounted Clothes Line # CL-100 referenced in your question is designed to mount onto 4 inch square bumpers. Typically, pop up campers will not have this type of bumper available or the needed clearance for the clothes line when the bed slides out on the camper. Most likely, the slide out bed will cover the bumper and may interfere with the clothes line when it is installed.
With that being said, if you do have a 4 inch square bumper on your camper and the needed space, this will work great.
