Question:

Can a 2inch ball be attached to this hitch and if so what would you recommend? Do I need some kind of adapter to go from 1-1/4inch to install 2inch ball?

A 2 inch ball mount cannot fit directly into the opening of the Curt hitch part # C11134 that you mentioned but a 2 inch hitch ball could if that's what you meant. We have the Euro ball mount part # C45572 which is a fit for this hitch that has a 2 inch ball.
