Question:
I would like to buy a ski-rack that attaches to the factory crossbars on a Subaru outback. I think the Thule snowpack does TH7324 but Im not 100 sure or sure if anything else would. Any help would be great!

I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Thule SnowPack, part # TH7324 is not a confirmed fit for the factory bars on a 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon according to Thule. The speed link system may be able to reach around and give a fit, but we haven't had the ability to directly confirm this in house.
Instead, I recommend the extremely similar Yakima FatCat EVO4, part # Y03095. This offers similar locking and adjustable height features as the SnowPack, and Yakima does confirm this as a fit to the 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon.
