What is the country of origin, and how good is the weather stripping on the lid?

The A-Frame Trailer Tongue Toolbox # 313-TM362016M is made right here in the United States of America, as you can tell by the photo of the cutout of the bottom corner of the toolbox. It is made from 14-gauge steel for durability and there will not be an issue with rain getting inside the toolbox because it features an internal seal at the bottom of the lid.
