The exact hose with quick connect you need will depend on what type of connection is on your grill.
If the grill has the quick-connect on it, you can use the Camco Quick-Connect to Quick-Connect Propane Hose # CAM57280. This hose will let you use the propane supply on your trailer that has a built-in Quick-Connect propane connection. The hose measures 3 feet long.
If the grill has a traditional propane tank connection on it, then I recommend the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect # 100304-60-MBS.
If you are still looking for a grill, I highly recommend the Camco RV Olympian 6500 Stainless Steel Grill # CAM57245. This propane grill is designed specifically to be used in the manner you are wanting to use it. It includes a quick-connect propane hose that can be connected to your trailer's propane source. It provides a 316 square inch cooking surface and a grease tray that can be easily removed for efficient cleaning.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
