The Shelby 5730 I believe is a 1200 lb swivel jack with wheel. It is frame mounted.
For a comparable replacement, I recommend the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,200 lbs # FTJ12000101. This will fit trailers with up to a 3x5 inch trailer tongue. It has a zinc finish that is tested with a 600 hour salt spray. It is ideal for marine or recreational use.
