Can this hitch handle the weight of a 300 lb. motorcycle and 89 lb. hitch carrier?

Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" Item # C31018 has a 500 pound vertical load limited so the 389 pounds combined for the motorcycle and the carrier is within that capacity.
