I have a 2010 ford escape with a blue ox mounting brackets can i buy adapters to use my roadmaster 5000 tow bar to tow this vehicle

Unfortunately an adapter is not available to use your Roadmaster 5000 tow bar with Blue Ox base plates. You would need to replace either your tow bar or the base plates. For base plates that fit your 2010 Ford Escape, I recommend the Roadmaster XL # 4414-1, and for a tow bar I suggest taking a look at the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380.
