Replacement Lock Assembly for a Sears SportRack 20SV Roof Mounted Cargo Box

Question:

our entire lock housing was drilled out of our cargo carrier we need to get the entire assembly to reinstall it. Do you sell them? if so, can we place an order for the housing, keys and lock. I tried to look online but only found the keys and lock available to buy but we need everything.

We have an option, but there isn't a direct replacement for the SV20 cargo boxes' hardware anymore. Fortunately, the 28 and the 20 have similar parts that are interchangeable according to Thule who made the boxes.

If you want replacement parts available for now and for later, you can purchase part # TH04870, which will include two new lock assemblies for the box, as well as replacement hinges, latches and other bits and pieces to fix a lot of hardware issues.
