Question:

Hello, I have an x cargo that is the original big white one, it says on the key slot 3021 I read that Thule made them for Sears. Will the key N3021 work? or do I just replace the locks. Thanks.

Thule replacement key # THKEYN3021 should work. I say should because there can be some issues with the newer keys and the older locks and the keys have to be tapped in with a mallet (lightly) so they seat all the way and can turn.

If the locks look like those in kit # TH04870 then the Thule keys likely will not work and you would have to replace the locks with # SR03807 if they look the same.
