For your 215/85R16 tires, the Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chain with Cam Tighteners for Dual Truck Tires - Reversible - 1 Axle Set # PWE4219SC or # PWE4219S are confirmed to fit your dual tires. Either of these options will fit and work well for you. The square link design will give you much better traction.
The Glacier Twist Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners - 1 Pair # PWH2219SC are not a fit for dual tires, so they will not work for your 2017 MB3500 Sprinter Thor motorhome.
For a more economical option, you can use the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams for Dual Tires - Ladder Pattern - Twist Link - 1 Axle Set # TC4219CAM that will help you in a bind and keep you legal on certain roads.
