Hi, 2 questions: Does the SW1135220 come with a mounting bracket that would fit a Yamaha Kodiak 700? If not, do you sell a fully compatible mounting bracket i.e.: - no modifications needed? What is the part # ?

I do have a winch mounting bracket for your 2016 Yamaha Kodiak but the Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch part # SW1135220 does not include the mounting bracket you will want to attach this winch to your ATV.
For this, you will want the Bulldog WInch Custom-Fit Steel ATV Winch Mount part # BDW15185 in order to mount the Superwinch winch to your ATV. This will give you a complete bolt-on installation with no modifications needed. The winch and mounting plate will work nicely with one another on your Kodiak.
