Determining Wire Functions on Trailer with Non-Standard Wire Colors

Question:
My wires on my trailer are brown/yellow and 2 green/yellow and yellow my plug is white and green and brown and yellow...what goes with what?

You will need to test the wires you have with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to determine which wire carries which function. Check out the video I attached to see how this would be done in a similar scenario.
The problem is that you have a setup that does not use standard wire colors and because of that there's no way for me to know what your colors represent.
