I have a similar programmer I can recommend for your 2015 Ram 3500 diesel, but the SuperChips you mentioned is not a fit so it would not be what I would recommend.
Instead we would recommend the Edge Juice with Attitude CS2 Programmer part # EP31407 which can give you up to 80 horsepower and 200 ft lbs of torque.
