We do perform installs if you're local to Wentzville, MO. If you're not, you can order the hitch from us and have it installed in your area. Most trailer shops and mechanics will perform the work.
If you can tell me the year, make, and model of your SUV I'd be happy to recommend a specific trailer hitch receiver.
