My 2013 Ford F-150 Supercrew has a Roll-N-Lock bed cover, Model FORD111VM. Will the UG2500 install under the side rails of the bed?

I do have an option that will work for you but the Topline 2 Bike Carrier Truck Bed Mounted Expandable Bike Rack part # UG2500 will not work with the Roll-N-Lock tonneau cover you have on your 2013 Ford F-150 as the mounting clamps will interfere with the tonneau cover's rails and cannot be installed under the bed rail as this would likely decrease the bike rack's support.
Instead, I recommend a bolt-on option like the Yakima Locking BlockHead Single Bike Truck Bed Mounted Rack part # Y01118. As you can see in the attached photo, you can simply mount the fork mount carrier to a piece of wood and place it in the truck bed eliminating the need to drill holes in your bed.
