The 4.80 x 12 tires you already have give you an overall diameter of 20.7 inches and width of 4.9 inches. The Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D # AM31199DX give you an overall diameter of 21.3 inches and width of 5.7 inches. This bigger wheel size will give you a 0.8 inch width difference, which when you split that for each side since the wheel has no offset, the inside of your tire will be an additional 0.4 inches. If you have 7/16 of an inch to spare between your frame and your current tire on your 1999 Calkin Galvz Trailer, then you won't have any issues with this upgrade in size.
If you just want the tire to put on your current wheels, I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # AM10130. This will give you a max load of 1,220 lbs at 65 psi and a max speed of 65 mph.
