The Silverado models that have cargo management have bed rails that open to saddle bag style storage compartments. The tonneau covers that fit this style of truck have to mount in a certain way that allows for the cover and rails to work properly.
For your 2010 Chevy Silverado with 6-1/2 foot bed, the TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # TX271101 you were asking the question from is a great cover that would allow for either the cargo management or not based on the rail mounting style.
