How do I remove the factory bump stops joynce bumpers from my 2010 toyota tundra to install the hellwig rerar helper springs

While we don't carry the Hellwig kit you have we do have the Timbren kit part # TTORTUN4 which is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Toyota Tundra and also requires the removal the factory bump stop. What you need to do is loosen the axle u-bolts first and the bump stop will come out.
If you fast forward to the 2:55 mark of the video I attached you can see how our installer removed a similar Toyota bump stop.
