The Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Black Steel Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - Load Range D # AM32575 is a conventional 15 inch trailer wheel that has the 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern you need and a radial ST225/75R15 tire size. The pilot diameter of this is 3.65 inches which is most likely what you need for your "Chevy wheels". These wheels do not have an offset, so they will be centered on the face of the hub.
For a retro look, I recommend the Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap - Chrome-Plated Steel - Qty 1 # AM90086 or the Americana Pointed Top Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap - Chrome Plated Steel - Qty 1 # AM981306 which are confirmed to fit this wheel.
