What you will need for the 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 is Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit, # RP58186, that you have referenced. This bracket kit is designed for use with the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, # RP30035. Since you already have rails, you will just need # RP30439 (which is the universal kit without the rails) and # RP58186.
You will also need Replacement Hardware Kit, # RP58430, to attach the rails to the new brackets. I have included installation details for the Bracket Kit for you to view.
