Is the Derale Adjustable Fan-Control Thermostat # D16749 Universal

Question:

I am interested in the following product number D16749. After closely looking at the plug on the end of the wiring harness, is that universal or is it only for a specific electric fan?

I pulled a Derale Adjustable Fan-Control Thermostat, part # D16749, from our warehouse to see how it installs and found that this product is universal. The plugs that you see plug into the included relays and included thread-in thermostat probe. This product connects to the fan with cut wires that will be connected with the included butt end connectors and does not require that you have a certain connector from the fan to install correctly.
