I installed this product and it didn't work.I spent about 2 hours troubleshooting trying to figure out what the problem was and it's a bad unit. Come to find out they don't take any items back that have been installed.
Products is a great value for the money. The people at etrailer kept me informed of my order status by email and phone. Short backorder delay but nothing to long.
The Fan control was delivered as I was told it would be, I have not had a chance to Install it yet. But I feel very sure if there were any problems to arise this company would do exactly as they say they will.
I will recommend e.trailer to anybody, And for sure use them again myself.

Works like a champ! I had some problems initially with the unit not working correctly. A call to customer support helped identify a faulty control. A new part was shipped and it works as advertised. I was able to fine tune my cooling system and my vintage Mustang is working great.
