Can a Valterra Electric Waste Valve Replace a LaSalle Bristol Valve

Question:

Does the Valterra flange bolt pattern match a Bristol Flange Bolt pattern? I currently have bristol wast gates, I would like to unbolt them and bolt in the Valterra unit if this is possible.

I spoke with my contact at Valterra, who confirmed that the Valterra valve should replace a standard LaSalle Bristol unit. You can simply slide out the LaSalle Bristol valve, slide in the Valterra unit, and bolt it back in place. The Valterra EZ Valve # E1003VP has the motor mounted directly onto the valve, so as long as you have the space for this, there should be no issue using it with the LaSalle Bristol valves.

The ABS solvent bond for installation, # A05-0303, is sold separately.
