Will An Airbag Kit from a 2001 Ford F-250 Fit a 2014 GMC Sierra 2500

Question:

I just purchased Firestone Airbags for 2001 F 250. I now own a 2014 GMC 25000HD. I Would like to save some money and purchase the required brackets and reuse the Airbags. Do you sell just the brackets. Obviously, I have the air lines etc.

In order to use the airbags from your 2001 Ford F-150 on your 2014 GMC Sierra 2500 you will need 2 upper bag brackets, 2 lower bag brackets, 2 axle strap brackets, 2 spreader bar brackets, and 2 u-bolts. By the time you add all this up, it be well over what a new kit will cost you.

Therefore if you are looking to save money you will want to purchase the entire kit as this will be the more cost effective option. For this I recommend using the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2709. You could also still use your airbags for this kit as replacements or sell the entire kit outright.
