Compatibility of Trailer Hitches for Lowered 1995 Chevy C1500 Pickup

Question:
I have a 1995 Chevy c1500 pickup and I would like to purchase one of your Hitches. My truck is lowered so ground clearance is a concern. I like Hitch #75099. It fits up under the bumper nice. Where as Hitch #41528 looks like it fits about 2inch below the bumper. I dont like that and I dont see where the clearance issue is after viewing all the photos of the two hitches. I dont understand or know what a 10inch deep bumper is? My bumper doesnt measure 10inch in any direction. Can I make the hitch item#75099 work? It fits up under the bumper so nice. I await your reply.

You can refer to the linked article for help confirming which bumper style you have on your 1995 Chevy C1500 pickup. This is important to selecting a compatible hitch. Once you have confirmed your bumper design you can refer to the linked page that shows all 2-inch and 2-1/2-inch trailer hitch receivers made for your pickup.
As you review the hitches you will see installation notes that mention any fit exclusions, such as fit issues based on bumper type or bed length.
The Draw-Tite # 75099 that you mentioned fits trucks with any bumper type EXCEPT the roll pan bumper.
Once you know which bumper you have you can let me know that, as well as your chosen compatible hitch, and I can then measure the hitch. This will give you the dimension from the mounting flange down to the receiver tube which will allow you to confirm in advance a satisfactory fit on your truck.
