Can the DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate Work on Both Sides

Can you use this product on both sides of your tailgate to make it lower down slower.

No according to DeeZee the Custom Tailgate Assist part # DZ43203 can only be used on the driver's side of the tailgate. The passenger side of the vehicle has the slot that allows the tailgate to be removed. The slot that allows the tailgate to be removed on the passenger's side has an additional bracket for support that will interfere with the attachment point on the Custom Tailgate Assist.
