Im installing a hitch on my Venza AWD, can I remove the 4 sway bar bolts while the car is sitting on jack stands? The video shows the vehicle is propped up on ramps.

Yes, the sway bar hardware can be removed on your 2011 Toyota Venza with it jacked up in the air. There does not need to be a load on the suspension. With suspension hardware your best bet is to torque it all down with a load on the suspension as that will prevent any weird creaks or groans.
