I have a solution for you, but manufacturers do not offer a permanent kit for a Lexus RX 350 without flush side rails.
You do have options for a naked roof. These are the Malone Handi-Rack, part # MPG452 and the Darby Turbo-Single Rack, part # DTA968.
The Malone Handi-Rack is an inflatable rack system that allows for you to quickly add roof racks to your vehicle. They Include 5 anchor points on the vehicle. It also includes a hand pump for quick and easy inflation.
The Darby Turbo-Rack Universal Roof Rack system is more like a traditional roof rack in that it adds a collapsable roof bar to your vehicle. You will need two to make a complete set, but it allows for you to quickly set and remove the roof rack as needed.
