Troubleshooting 7-Way Trailer Connector On 2005 Chevrolet

Question:
No right turn signal or brake light power to connector pin on the truck. All other connectors pins work correctly.

You will want to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to check the wiring on your vehicle.
Check the wires behind the trailer connector while someone runs through the functions on the vehicle. It could be a bent pin or corrosion or a loose, damaged, or pinched wire. Work your way forward from the connector until you find the source of the problem and fix as needed.
