Trying to find out which model pin box I have for a replacement cover. Only see Lippert serial number 019 000059424

Unfortunately I can't tell your pin box based on that number, but a number starting with 019 is common to be a Lippert 1621 pin box. What I can do to help you know for sure is give you an article that will help you determine your pin box based on some simple measurements.
