I was hoping to get a 3D CAD model for this part. I am designing a trailer for a small aerospace company and am hoping to use this part.

Our manufacturers do not release CAD drawings to us for proprietary reasons. They don't want people stealing their designs.
That being said I attached a dimensional drawing for the # TSR4000T03 that shows quite a few measurements that should be all you'd need.
