We have several trailer wheels that will likely work for you. You didn't say the diameter of your rims but 17-1/2 inch is the most common with those specs. We have 3 Taskmaster wheels with a 4.76 inch pilot, 1 Dexstar with a 4.75 inch, 1 Americana with a 4.75 inch, and 1 dual wheel also with a 4.76 inch pilot hole.
Taskmaster:
# TA45ZR
# TA35ZR
Dexstar:
# AM20738
Americana:
# AM22704
We also have one dual wheel that's 16-1/2 inches in diameter, # AM20730.
