The Erickson Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # EM07707 is a confirmed fit for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 5ft. bed without the factory deck rail system. In order to secure your load to the top of the ladder rack, I recommend using the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases part # 34414.
