Question:
I have a 2017 Ford C-Max Energi that I have installed the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit Item # BX2639. I will be using the Blue Ox BX7380 Alpha 6,500lb Tow Bar to pull it. What is the maximum height that the receiver on the RV can be to ensure the proper angle of the tow bar. Trying to determine whether or not I need a down receiver, and if so, how far of a down. Thank you.

Most likely you will also need a high low adapter so that the tow bar # BX7380 will be level when you are flat towing. I attached a link to a page that has all of the ones we carry plus an article how to measure and pick out the correct one.
