Question about the replacement hold open pin assembly for the Thule revolver 4-bike carrier, item # 753-3200. Wondering how to take the old circular wire holder out of the hitch in order to replace the entire assembly? Thank you for your time,

The leash part # 753-3200 that you referenced gets riveted on to the bike rack. You would have to drill out the old one and then rivet the new one in place.
