How Do the Pull Out Steps part # SMFP-3100 Pull Out Once Installed on an RV

Question:
How do you open these steps coming from inside to outside. I am thinking about putting a set of these on a Marci Gras Float.

If you check out the review video I attached you can see that the Pull Out Steps part # SMFP-3100 pull out very easily by just pulling out on the step and lowering them in one motion.
